Large Craft Vendors
$500 ($125 per day) (multi-item and/or multi-category display, yoga-related products, and/or high-ticket wares such as high-end art, gemstone jewelry and musical instruments) 20×20 space – Must be present all 4 days- Price includes free admission for ONE additional helper and meals each day for the two of you. Once you click “Add To Cart” you must then hit the above “Store” Link at the top right of this page to complete your payment.
Small Craft Vendors
$300 ($75 per day) (single specialty item- ie. Hula-hoops, tie-dye shirts, inexpensive jewelry and wirewraps, books- Not a mix of two or more categories~ SINGLE ITEM ONLY) 10×10 space – Must be present all 4 days – Price DOES NOT include admission for any additional helpers. Price does include meals each day for the Vendor. Any additional vending help must purchase a festival camping pass. Once you click “Add To Cart” you must then hit the above “Store” Link at the top right of this page to complete your payment.
Non-Profit Vendors can participate free of charge as long as there are no items being sold. Two reps per table come at no charge. Any additional persons must obtain a festival pass. NP Vendors must help promote Evolvefest thru all their networks, mailing lists and Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
